Return & Refund Policy
At Tide and Timber, we take pride in providing high-quality, all-natural grooming products. If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, we are happy to assist you with a return and refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
- Customers must request a return by emailing returns@tideandtimber.store within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- The email must include a description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled item.
Return & Refund Process
- Upon receiving your return request, our team will review the provided information to determine if the return is warranted.
- If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within seven (7) days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or spoilage.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
