Return & Refund Policy

At Tide and Timber, we take pride in providing high-quality, all-natural grooming products. If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, we are happy to assist you with a return and refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
  • Customers must request a return by emailing returns@tideandtimber.store within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • The email must include a description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled item.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Upon receiving your return request, our team will review the provided information to determine if the return is warranted.
  2. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within seven (7) days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or spoilage.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
